<br> not to be separated without consent
Without the consent of the mother or the father, the son and daughter will not be allowed to live separately from the mother and father.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), a son or daughter may live separately from their mother in any of the following cases:-
(a) In case of separation from mother and father with or without taking share according to law,
(b) For his marriage,
(c) having attained the age of at least twenty-one years, or
(d) If he has already obtained employment.
